iPhone 13 no longer able to print

You did not mention turning the Wi-Fi router off. A full power-cycle sequence may be worth testing:

• Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPhone, and all other devices/computers.
• Wait two to three minutes.
• Power on the router.
• Wait two to three minutes.
• Power on the printer.
• Wait a minute or two.
• Power on the iPhone and all other devices/computers.

Update the Firmware on the Printer:

Did you update the firmware on the printer? If there a screen on the printer, see if you can update the firmware on it. Being on a network, it would do so, as long as it has access to the internet. Likely, it would be a gear icon you would tap to get into the settings menu. See if you can update from there.
