Apps on my iPhone 13 mini won’t work with cellular data

Yesterday night my apps randomly stopped working, I have no idea why this happened. I’ve tried restarting my phone, restarting my phone and turning off the switches on the apps, updating to the latest software, everything and it still doesn’t work. Some apps work but some don’t and it’s stressing me out.

Some apps don't work on cellular data despite every troubleshoot I can think of I have been having a problem for at least 6 months now where I can't use several of my apps on cellular data. Most notablly, Weather, Apple maps, Spotify, and every browser. I've tried every troubleshoot method I can think of. Reset the phone. Checked to make sure all cellular data is on for those apps. Update to the most current version for Iphone and the apps. Update network settings. Reset network settings. Delete the apps and reinstall them. I changed my phone to see if that would fix the problem and it didn't. I even switched over my network (TMobile) to a new network (AT&T) and got another phone, and it's still persisting. The apps that do work work great. Lighting fast so I know it's not a signal issue. The apps that don't work simply say no network connection or they endlessly search. At this point I think it might be my apple account and I will have to make a completely new apple account, but I really don't want to back everything up and do that. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. This has been so frustrating. I've browsed through multiple fixes for this but can't find a solution to this problem.

Many Apps do not Work on Cellular Data on IPhone I see many have the same issue and there is no solution. They work fine on WiFi. The radio button setting to have these apps use cellular data is turned on for all these apps. Examples include Spotify, Apple Music and some streaming apps. On the other hand other apps work well. Connecting to a WiFi from someone sharing their hotspot and the app works. It is

Cellular data working but no apps listed as using data iphone 13 running ios 16.4 Cellular data is working fine for all apps. Can not turn off data for individual apps as Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data show 0 bytes used in current period and states "Apps will appear after using data". Alternatively, going to Settings and selecting ANY app (eg Maps) will not show Cellular Data under "allow Maps to access". Any thoughts as to how to resolve?

If they work using a Wifi network connection, contact your cellular carrier and ask them, checking your traffic plan.
