The security questions for my Apple ID account are now in Chinese

The security questions for my Apple ID account are now in Chinese, and i can't change them. I do not have any apple devices, but it bothers me that they are using an old account with my email. Support has very poor answers.

They told me to add an apple device, phone number or whatever, but if the account has been compromised i do not think it is safe to add one.

Apple ID Security questions are in Chinese My iCloud was hacked. My security questions are in Chinese . I can’t get any further in the sign in process to change anything because it asks me to answer security questions in a language I can’t read .. Apple says theirs nothing they can do. They can’t reset security questions .. just an fyi if yours gets hacked also. That was my case number if anyone at Apple can help and not just recommend me reading a security article. 🤷🏾‍♂️. Unauthorized Account Someone started an Apple ID account with one of my email addresses (not my Apple ID email address.) I have changed the password and would like to delete the account—but can't get past the security questions. I cannot even read the security questions because they are written in Chinese. When I try to change the security questions, I have to answer one of the security questions. Any suggestions for how to delete this account?
