How do I change security questions in Chinese language for a hacked Apple Account?

My Apple account was Hacked. I changed password but could not change security questions. The questions are in Chinese language.

I tried to close the account but cannot because of the security questions issue.

Two days later (today) the password was changed again, and I changed it to another new password. Still cannot change security questions nor close account.

Saw other users had same trouble. I used the links provided but still no success.

Help!

You fell for a phishing message where you mistakenly gave away your Password to a scammer. They probably posed as being from Apple or directed you to a site to login with your Apple Account and Password. For help with recognizing these scams:

Recognize and avoid social engineering schemes including phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Back to your original problem, II recommend contacting Apple directly as there are multiple steps that may be needed to resolve the problem. You are likely going to lose your Apple Account and have to create a new one and if you are unable to log out of your Apple Account on your device, you may need to provide purchase documentation to remove the Activation Lock.

Thanks for info, however same links as others. Not likely that I fell for scammer. Most likely that I did not have mfid / security questions set up. Haven't used account for very long time, completely forgot about it. And breaches exposed password.

Chatted with Apple Support, said similar to you, saying open new Apple account, close the hacked. Cannot close hacked account.

Will try to reach Support directly instead of Chat. That's hard to do. Directions, or better link, or phone number???
