Someone started an Apple ID account with one of my email addresses (not my Apple ID email address.) I have changed the password and would like to delete the account—but can't get past the security questions. I cannot even read the security questions because they are written in Chinese. When I try to change the security questions, I have to answer one of the security questions. Any suggestions for how to delete this account?

Thanks for responding. It was helpful to get the link to contact Apple Support. The issue hasn't been resolved yet, but they are moving it up the chain of command.
