Ergonomic Mac Keyboard?

I see other posts from many years ago asking this question. Given how Apple is typically the frontrunner in every design, how have they still not produced an ergonomic or split keyboard? My left hand/wrist hurts constantly because of the terrible ergonomics of this straight keyboard since ulnar deviation is required to hit Shift or Caps Lock or Return. Are there any plans to come out with something? If not, what is the best Mac-compatible keyboard available in 2023?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.12

ergonomic keyboards seems to be somewhat of a niche market, heck if I look beyond ms and logitech

most of them don't even have my language layout

i've used various microsoft ergonomic keyboards with my macs and these days

I use Logitech ERGO K860 Wireless Split Keyboard

you can suggest they enter the market by using their feedback channels
