Haven’t recieved my refund money back into my bank account.

apple refunded me back for two apps that I was charged for on 10/9/23 at 4:37pm for the amount of $5.29. And the other charge is from 10/9/23 at 4:38pm for the amount of $21.19. I was sent an email by Apple on 10/10/23 at 3:03pm stating that there had been a decision on my refund request. When I checked the status of my refund request it stated I had been refunded. But I went and check my bank account and it wasn’t deposited back into my account. And it’s still not been deposited into my account. I was wondering what the hold up to my money being refunded back to me.

It cn take awhile after a refund is approved before the money gets to your account. See the following from Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
