I have a regular tv and suddenly Apple Tv+ shows won't load. My internet is working, my appletv+ subscription is paid up. I've turned tv off and on numerous times but I just keep getting the death spiral when clicking on a show to watch. Help?

I was having the same issue and was able to get a straight answer. The Senior Advisors with Apple are aware of an issue with Samsung, Roku and Brava TV's not working with the App. From what some of the community issues I've been looking at it looks like the problem is bigger than that. They also don't know when it will be fixed, unfortunately that doesn't help but you know the problem is at Apples end not yours.

What brand and model is this TV? Some platforms could show issues specific to that platform.
Verify that the TV system software is up-to-date. Install any updates if available.
