Best way to setup/How best to copy existing Mac Mini to a new one

I am thinking of trading in my 2020 Mac mini M1 for an M2 mini. My Time machine backups are on a new drive. What is best way to copy/restore of current Mini with Apple or 3rd party apps? I know iPhones can be setup between phones but Mac Os Sonoma?
