Adobe Creative Cloud on the MacBook Pro M2 chip Not Downloading Has anybody had luck downloading their adobe creative cloud onto the new MacBook Pro? It's frustrating to have this new powerful computer, but can't even work on photos and videos and the great programs on my adobe creative cloud subscription? installing photoshop elements 11 I recently purchased Photoshop Elements 11. I signed into my Adobe account and tried to download and install it on my MacBook Air. Although it seems to download (there's a downloaded .dmg file in Finder/see screenshot below), after that there's nothing, no prompts, no info about installing, etc. I'm minimally computer-literate, and would appreciate any suggestions or assistance.

Which Adobe product is it that you want to download?

If you are asking about Adobe Acrobat Reader, the following should work: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

(If you use that link to download, read each step carefully as they may try to give you a paid option rather than a free one or to add other software in addition to Reader)
