Confirm that an Order When Through...

  2. Sign in: with your Apple ID and password.
  3. View: the list of your recent purchases that appears

Contact Apple Support:

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

The same issue happened to me as well today. The support person told if there is no order confirmation within 7 days contact your bank. My bank side confirmed the amount got debited. Did not expect this from apple. Many people have complained this same issue for years and there seems to be no action taken by apple.

Getting Charged Sorted Out:

Well, if you take do so properly, and don’t be all rude about it. The only financial issues I’ve ever come about is not having an unsuccessful go through, due to losing power during a snowstorm —I have no control over Mother Nature —and Apple recognizes that. Lastly, note that it takes about 30 days for the refund; so, don’t expect a refund in an instant.
