Amount Debit from Account but order not placed.

Hi, I have placed and order from Education store for an Ipad Pro 11 inch today and on checkout using the UPI payment method I have made the payment and it was successful but the the order didn't get placed or any details or email not shows up. What to do I have payed Rs. 76900. Place help me to place the order.

The amount from my bank has not been debited yet, and if my order is confirmed or not, do I have to order again? Or will the payment be debited when the order is ready to be delivered?

I contacted apple support and they told that it will resolve. And the issues is resolved with like 1-2 days. This is payment gateway issue.
