Hello on 9th September when the ore order started at apple india website , I preorder and after checkout i saw money was debited from my axis bank debit card but no order was placed neither recieved any mail of confirmation since then it has been 12hrs already. Guys please tell me what should i do in this case??
I have tried contacting the support team. But they are saying using advance tools they see the money has been debited but the confirmation is still in pending as the money is not captured. I dont know what else to tell to them . I guess i will never be able to get a iphone 14 before my birthday.
Have you contacted Apple India?? As your fellow end users we have zero access to records that would help in researching this. App does.
