Safari Crashing When Opened MacOS Sonoma

I am on a 2020 M1 13 Macbook Pro, and installed Sonoma 2 days prior. Now, whenever I try to open it the app instantly crashes in less than a second, so there is no way for me to clean my cache or anything. Safari is my primary browser, and I really need it back.

I'm on a Mac Studio with Sonoma, but I have experienced a number of strange crashes while in Safari to the point of having to relaunch the finder or force quit the app. History will sometimes display nothing until after a reboot. Menu items will sometimes become inoperable as well. Websites will sometimes just stop working. All kinds of crazy stuff. Wish I were more technical, but bottom line, Safari needs some help.

I experienced a similar issue where I reinstalled Sonoma and then restored my files from a backup. After many attempts at trying to get everything working properly, I finally did a reinstall of the OS and since my files were already there from the previous restore it restored all of my files automatically. After logging back in, I went to my time machine backups and restored the \Library\Preferences folder from a month ago. I then rebooted. After logging back in, safari opened without error and hasn't crashed yet. It also fixed Reminders doing the same thing.
