Anyone having Apple Card Auto-Pay Issues?!
I'm having/had Apple Card issues for the second time today, I decided to turn on auto-payments for my installment on my iPad Pro, as I received several emails from Apple encouraging me to do so. I went to the wallet app selected the card and turned on auto-payments. I happen to look at my checking account several hours later and $600 had been taken out. I hadn't selected any amount in Auto-Payment, as it's a predetermined 1/12th of the iPad cost, and in my mind i can only figure $600 was taken because there was only $622 in the account. I got on card support and was told there was no way to put that cash back. So to keep the transaction "transformational and not transactional" in utter frustration closed the card, and paid the remaining $136. I did let the card rep know I didn't blame them personally, but without a doubt Goldman Sachs is no Apple.
