Setup family password group on iPhone iOS 17, lost access to passwords on MacBook Pro

We have updated our iPhones 13 Pro Max to iOS 17, and created a family password share group. All of my passwords were moved over to that shared group so my husband can use them, and now I cannot access them on my MacBook Pro 14 M2 running Ventura 13.6 and logged into the same iCloud account as my phone.

I have looked around in the various areas of the Settings on my MacBook but I cannot find any place to give MacBook access to the shared passwords. No option on iPhone to include devices in the shared password group. Just people. I can export them from the iPhone and import them on the MacBook but that really defeats the purpose. I need it update on all devices when I add or change passwords. Just because I want my husband to have access to my passwords should not mean I can't use them myself. How do I share my passwords and keep access on my MacBook?
