My MacBook keyboard has been unable as of late. I barely got it a month ago. I known need to send it into service. But can I just drop it off at the apple store? If so, how do I make an appointment to do so?

Put in the information for the estimate and then click on the "Get Service" button that appears. You should be able to make an appointment from there.
Unless the Apple Store nearest you is not a busy one, avoid going in without an appointment.

Click on "Explore Service Locations" at > Find Locations select a Store and schedule an appointment.
If my MacBook needs service, can I just drop it off at the store?
