Trying to make a store appointment not having any luck

is this service still available or do I just turn up to a store to fix / repair a Mac laptop

AASP and AppleCare are refusing to service my Mac F1 Info Solutions, Jaipur is refusing to provide me with service because of servicing done by Unicorn Info Solutions, Gurugram.
