These appear as pop ups with the setting icon on left of small pop up (top right).
A second one also occasionally pops up saying: Mac Hacked - Personal Files Exposed.
Does anyone know who I can ask for advice at Apple or have a solution?

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, is an invitation for disaster.
Certain Applications maybe available on the Apple Apps Store - this only means the Developer is prepared to pay Apple a portion on each sale.
What the Application may do to the computer is up to the User to check this out before purchase
Any of the below should be removed as per Developers Instructions
1 - Disk Cleaner
This will include CleanMyMac , aka “ BrickMyMac “

FWIW, you should uninstall CleanMyMac. It is known to cause multiple problems.

Thanks - do you know what specific problems are meant to occur - I've been using it for over 5 years with no issues.
