Can I have 2 active eSims on my iPhone 14 pro (Australia) at the same time

iPhone 14 Pro bought in Australia. I currently have eSim in my iPhone for use in Australia. Could I also have another eSim on my iPhone for travel overseas? I’d like to be able to receive SMS on usual ((Aus) mobile number & use a prepaid eSim for mobile data while travelling overseas. Is this possible?

Indeed you can.

iPhone 13 and later models have the ability to use 2x simultaneously-active eSIMs.

FYI, your 14 also includes the capacity to hold “at least” 8x eSIMs.

This can provide quite a bit of utility for a business traveller who routinely operates in multiple international locations.

Thanks Chattanoogan. I asked about it in an Apple Store a couple of months ago & got told I could only have 1 eSim active at a time. When I said I thought the iPhone could have a few eSims in it they said that was probably the US iPhones because they no longer have a physical SIM card slot available (only eSims so that’s why they could have more than one eSim active at the same time).

A couple of days ago I was looking at an Australian website that offers eSims for overseas travel & it said that the iPhone 14 could have 2 eSims active at the same time, so I wasn’t sure who to believe!
