How can I restore my iCloud backup to a replacement iPhone I received?

I’m tech challenged or illiterate whatever you want to call it. I received my newish iPhone from the insurance company. It’s iPhone 11. I need to transfer data from old to new, but it isn’t giving me any options to do so. I backed up through iCloud but can’t find how to get the new one to receive
