Hi. I have a new iPhone, but lost the last one

I was robbed , iPhone 14 pro max, :(

I bought a new one. Installed esim at the network provider. Usually when changing phones, I was using the old one to transfer everything. Now, I don’t know how to do it correctly and to transfer last backup to the new phone. Including iCloud info .
