Functioned fine for a start, but now 99% of the time volume up and down and mute button not working. Everything else fine. Audio controls do work when using EarPods . Tried a new HDMI cable to TV, but problem still there.
As the remote send an IR signal for volume control, verify that remote has an unobstructed line-of-sight to the IR receptor on the TV or audio system.
