I added Ram to my MacBook pro 2010 and it keeps restarting? RAM used is A-TECH Premium Memory bought on Amazon. 16GB Kit (2x8GB) DDR3 1066MHz PC3-8500 2Rx8 1.5V Non-ECC SO-DIMM Designed for Apple.
Any suggestions?

Macs are temperamental when it comes to memory. Generally Crucial and OWC provide compatible RAM
Remove the new RAM and put the original back in. If that solves the problem, suspect the new RAM is not compatible.
Macs are very fussy about the RAM that is installed in them. the two brands that are recommended are from Crucial or OWC. other than those two brands, it is a craps shoot as to wether the RAM modules will or will not work. I would return the A-TECH Premium Memory and get your RAM from either OWC or Crucial.
You could reseat the RAM and see if that helps. If the RAM is not properly seated, that may be causing problems.
Otherwise, Crucial and OWC seem to be the go-to vendors for RAM that works with Macs. (Assuming, of course, that you select an upgrade on their site that they advertise as compatible with your particular hardware model.)
I think your problem may be due to the fact that the 2010 MacBook Pro can only take 8 GB maximum, as specified by Apple. You added 16 GB. Some claim that they can get 16 GB to work. The RAM you added is probably not compatible with your Mac.
MacTracker indicates that 8 GB is the official limit for all Mid 2010 MBPs. The actual limit for the 13” model (only) is 16 GB.
