mac book air ram change

Hi, my mac book air mid 2011 model beeps when turning on. I tried Command+Option +P+R several times to refresh memory. But now screen flickers, lines come in and computer doesn't start at all. I guess it has issues with RAM. My question is is RAM replaceable in mac book air or how to repair this problem?

MacBook Air 11″, OS X 10.11

Contact Apple Directly ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232 ) or set up a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store or at the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider and have the Mac evaluated. The issue can be possibly anything on the logic board. The RAM on all MacBook Airs are soldered to the logic board and if it has failed, the logic board needs to be replaced.

Considering that you have a 12 year old computer, it may cost nearly as much to repair, if it can be repaired, that it may just simply be time for a new computer.
