MacBook Pro 13 “ 2014 8gb ram

Mac OS Big Sur

I have the problem of constantly showing low ram; how do I overcome the problem? It causes slow response or freezing programs. Thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.7

Since this model's RAM cannot be upgraded as it is integrated onto its logic board, your only choice is to run fewer apps, especially memory-intensive ones, concurrently.

However, there may possibly be other issues that is causing this error. As such, I suggest that you run an EtreCheck report, and optionally, post it here if you need assistance with interpreting its results.
