Apple Music is not loading

When I enter the Apple Music application, it says that it is constantly loading no matter what tab I enter, but it never loads. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app twice, but that didn't work either. I thought of logging out and logging in again, but I couldn't because the Account menu wasn't loaded either. I also tried selecting the Music app from the settings and offloading from there, but that didn't work either. If the Show Apple Music option is turned off, I saw a post on Community that try to open it, but it didn't work either.
