My iPhone 12 Albums does not have a sort option
Supposedly there is a sort option when in Albums and selecting the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner. This is not available on my iPhone 12 iOS 16.6. Why?

Albums
- Open Photos.
- Go to Albums and tap the Add button .
- Tap New Album. Type an album name, tap Save, then choose the photos and videos you want to add.
- Tap Done.
