iPhone 14 max pro notification problems

When will this problem ever get fix. Many 3rd party apps will show a notification but no sound alert.

The only broken record response apple gives is 1 )check dnd and focus. 2) delete app(s) that are affected and re-download app(s).

3) check notification setting in app(s). 4) more of a extreme. Restore your phone.

We all know none of this method work, and the problem persists. Meaning $1800 iPhone hardware is more of a fancy paper weight. When all my android phones work. Stating it a iOS problem they not even trying to fix.

Again it’s the same broken record response. Every setting is set to on with sounds and hepatic. All notifications are set to on dnd and focus is off. All apps have been uninstall and re installed. And no it’s not on silent. , also the phone has been fully restored from the icloud ( same issue ) And also restored as a brand new ( same issue ) .. I would never buy a Apple Watch mechanical watchs look way better . Again post something that corrects the problem not what you can find from Google it. It’s a iOS software problem. Worst money spent in a iPhone 14 max pro 512 gig.

Hello,

Here are some things to try:

1) Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics. Check the Ringer and Alerts slider.  Try changing the sound pattern for the type of alert. Does it make a sound?

2) Go to Settings > Notifications. Is the app listed?

3) Do you have an Apple watch? Many of the notifications will go to the watch instead of the phone. Is the watch in silent mode?

4) Many notifications are partially muted when the phone is unlocked and you are using it vs. locked.

Good luck.

So since this is a problem. And there are lots in this community that have the same problem. That will never get fix and keep pushing it under the rug with the same answers from Google.

This got to be a iOS software problem, since it seams it can’t be fixed. and all the guru are just posting what you can find on apple support page or google search.

Again I have followed everything, and apple so called genius help( they are all not a genius ) cause they even did a diagnostic on my phone ( iPhone 14 max pro 512gig ) and they say there is no problem with it. When blatantly. One of my 3rd party apps did a notification and no sound alert. They checked it again and said that it should of did a sound alert, but it did not. …

So everyone with this problem can say it’s a iOS software problem.
