It is possible that your notification settings will still be the same after resetting your iphone, as some settings are saved by icloud. i would recommend that you check the settings for each affected app individually:

Here's how to reset or adjust notification settings for an app:

1. Open the Settings app: Locate and tap the "Settings" app icon on your iPhone's home screen. 
2. Navigate to Notifications: Scroll down and tap on "Notifications". 
3. Select the App: Find and tap on the specific app you want to adjust notifications for. 
4. Allow/Disallow Notifications: Toggle the "Allow Notifications" switch to either turn notifications on or off. 
5. Customize Notification Style: Choose how you want notifications to appear:

• • Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners: You can enable or disable notifications on the Lock Screen, in the Notification Center, or as banners. 
  • Sounds & Badges: You can also customize whether the app can use sounds or badges (notification number on the app icon). 

1. Close and Relaunch: After making changes, close the Settings app and relaunch the app you modified to ensure the changes take effect.
