The Walkie-Talkie app can't be installed on the Apple Watch even when all the per-requisites are fulfilled

Hi. Once again about the topic.

I tried to use the Walkie-Talkie app on my Apple Watch 7. The app is not available in the app store because "Requires iPhone".

The app works over FaceTime, so it has to be enabled. I have it enabled, the calls work without any problems.

Both devices received the latest updates (both iOS and apps). The devices have been restarted multiple times.

I had other Apple Watch 7 before, the app was functioning there. But it is not the case with the new one. The old one was factory reset and removed from my apple Id.

The problem appeared to be the country of origin of the apple watch. My watch has CH/A in the end of the model number which means it was produced for China, where FaceTime is not available. Solution: change the watch :)
