It's strange that there's no walkie-talkie app on my Apple Watch but when I am trying to install it, on the app it shows "Phone Required" and Get is disabled. Is there a way to download this app my FaceTime is also working.

Yup i have gone through but I can’t download the app get is disabled and on the top it says requires iPhone

Yup i checked on the iPhone it says it can only be downloaded on Apple Watch..i guess i am UAE which allows the app to be used.
