A friend of mine sent me a video via text message but it was blurry so I suggested that they use iCloud link instead, however when I receive the video and save it it’s a photo.

Not they sent me a video, I know this because I received the original file as a video. However the video was blurry so I suggested instead of sending it as the video through iMessage to send the iCloud link. Yet when the iCloud uploads and I save it, it saves as a photo.
