I had someone send me a video via an iCloud link on iMessage. It’s been almost 24 hours and the video has still not been uploaded. Is there something on my end or the sender’s end that could be causing this? Any help with fixing the issue?

Try restarting your iPhone.

So, how large is this photo? You only have 5GB of free iCloud storage. So, if you don't have enough storage left, then it just will not upload.

Contact your Carrier:
Messaging is a service provided by your Carrier. So, contact them, asking why the long wait.

I am connected to internet (great connection speeds) and my phone is on the charger.
It’s a video. I have plenty of space (I pay for additional storage). Not sure how large the video is but if I had to guess maybe 20 minutes?
