Prime TV No Audio

AppleTV has lost audio on Prime Video. All other apps (Netflix,etc.) work fine. I’ve deleted the app, restarted AppleTV, software is up to date. No luck. Model A1625.

Amazon support is impossible. Any suggestions?

Surround sound (5.1 ch) broken except Apple TV app on Apple TV Box I've spoken to an Apple tech, but we couldn't find a solution. After the latest update, I noticed that Netflix, Disney+, Stan, and Prime Video no longer deliver surround sound (5.1ch). Interestingly, the Apple TV app plays surround sound without any issues. I also tested all my apps (as above) on LG TV, and all of them play 5.1ch sound perfectly. I also tried changing the "Audio Format" to 5.1ch on my Apple TV, but that didn't work either. Since the Apple TV app on my Apple TV Box produces surround sound and the other apps don't, I wonder if there's an issue with the latest update. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

Apple TV prime video audio issues While watching content (movies, series etc.) on prime video the audio now and then stutters (stops for a second or two and then continues). It's not my internet connection or the WiFI since the video (picture) continues playing without an issue and my appletv is connected via LAN to the router. Restarting the apple tv doesnt help. Does anybody else have this issue and have a solution for this? It's very annoying and forces me to use the prime video app of my LG TV which is having no issues with the audio.

if it was me then I would try to go to the appletv settings and set the audio to stereo

If Apple tv app cannot be viewed with sound for the movies why should I continue to pay for streaming it?
