I had to erase my iphone and start over again. I got through that process but now for installing apps, the phone takes me to the app store.
Previously I could double tap the side button on iphone 14 pro, but that option is unavailable.
Two settings checked already
a) Settings -> Face id and Passcode -> Use Face id for Itunes & App store -> checked
b) Wallet & Apple Pay --> Double click side-button -> checked

We recommend making sure that your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS, which is iOS 16.6. You can also toggle the settings you listed off and back on, then restart your iPhone. These steps could help with your issue.
