Double Clicking to App Store downlads and purchases

I just upgraded to an iPhone 15.

I've tried all the steps I've seen in this community to get enable double clicking the side button to confirm an App Store download or a purchase and I'm still asked for my password any time.

I have Face ID enabled and I have iTunes & App Store turned on for Face ID as well as Apple Pay and Wallet.

I've gone into SETTINGS>Accessibility>Switch Control and turned on Confirm With Switch Control.

No matter what I've done I'm still asked for my ID when I try to load something from the App Store

Any Help would be appreciated
