Problems with access to photos

Hello. I have a problem with my photo access. All my apps like tiktok and onedrive cannot access my photos. I have tried to fix it in my settings but i cannot find the option to do it. It only says “Apps that have requested your photos will appear here.” The problem is that the apps are not showing up.

I click the link it pops up taking me to settings, and there is no option to allow access. Same with photo editors, twitter, anything. I go to privacy settings and select photos to try to turn on access for certain apps, and the page is just blank. I haven’t been able to access my photos lately 2 days ago I could send photos, save them and just access them in general but then it started asking me for permission! I haven’t messed with the system nor have any of my family members so I cant bring myself to understand why this is all happening. Whenever it asks me for permission it doesnt show the usual ‘allow’ and ‘dont allow’ buttons but rather it tells me to go to settings but i cant seem to allow it to access the photos no matter how many ways i try! I tried privacy>photos but it told me there were no apps requesting access to the photos!! I also tried going to the camera setting, still nothing. The App settings didnt have the suitable setting for photos so there was no way to access them from there. I tried everything that others recommended but I still cant access photos! Does anyone know why this is happening or how to help me?
