Movie Library Will Not Load On Apple TV

I have 5 Apple TV's all synced in a home w/Gigabyte Ethernet connections to each. Only one has loaded my movie library. I even bought the latest Apple TV assuming it would load but, no go. Library does load on iPhone and iPad. It even loads on PC iTunes App.

Total movie library is over 3,500 w/over 800 in 4k. Have had this problem for a while. About 3 years ago I sat on phone w/Apple level two support person/engineer. After over an hour, she said she would continue to look into it. Never heard back and I have found out many w/large libraries have same issue.

As others have written, ALL other ATV apps work fine, VUDU, MA, Prime Video, etc.

I have tried powering down all ATVs. Unsyncing, restarting app and more.
