From Apple TV I select movies which takes me to a new view. If I select Library it says Couldn’t load library try again later It just doesn’t work. I have over 1000 movies so maybe that’s it. I called in to Apple support 2 days ago. They said they would get back to me with a fix but I don’t have a good feeling about that.
anyone have a similar problem?
It’s been redesigned and should be directing you to go to the Apple tv App. You might need to make sure there’s no more software updates to install so you can find it in the Apple TV app
Once in that, swipe left to bring up the side panel to see Library
About software updates - Apple Support
I can find the Library but when I open it, it either says “Your library is empty” or “Couldn’t load library. Try again later “. There are no updates for it.
Try signing out in users accounts in iCloud or Store (if it’s a different ID). Restart and Sign back in
