Apple Pay charges me twice
I had negative 56 dollars on my account this morning which should be impossible
when I use my Apple Pay it immediately takes out the funds so why am I being charged for them again

You’re confusing Apple Pay with Apple Cash. So, your actually saying that your Apple Cash account has been charged twice, is that correct?
Correct
i was charged immediately months ago for the transactions on my Apple Cash
then a week ago charged for the same transactions again
putting my Apple Cash in the negatives
still makes no sense
Apple Cash is a prepaid debit card and can’t go negative. Are the funds being taken out of a debit card account you have? It doesn’t sound that way but I want to cover all the options. If you aren’t missing funds from a debit account, it’s your Apple ID Account.
This sounds more like an issue with a recent subscription. You’ll need to contact Apple Support for further assistance. Please follow the instructions in the support article I’ve linked below. There are links in the article to directly contact Apple Support.

How is it possible if I don’t have a bank linked to my Apple Cash? Makes no sense at all. Y’all robbed me
Apple Pay does not approve or decline transactions. Approvals and declines are only from your bank. Apple only securely transmits encrypted data from your Apple Wallet to your bank. The bank then approves or declines the transaction. If your bank approved the transaction, the bank then sends funds directly to the merchant. Apple never touches your money.
Please contact the bank that issued the card used to complete your transaction. If you need to file a dispute, you’ll need to do so with the bank.
