Apple Cash is a prepaid debit card and can’t go negative. Are the funds being taken out of a debit card account you have? It doesn’t sound that way but I want to cover all the options. If you aren’t missing funds from a debit account, it’s your Apple ID Account.

This sounds more like an issue with a recent subscription. You’ll need to contact Apple Support for further assistance. Please follow the instructions in the support article I’ve linked below. There are links in the article to directly contact Apple Support.

Apple Pay does not approve or decline transactions. Approvals and declines are only from your bank. Apple only securely transmits encrypted data from your Apple Wallet to your bank. The bank then approves or declines the transaction. If your bank approved the transaction, the bank then sends funds directly to the merchant. Apple never touches your money.

Please contact the bank that issued the card used to complete your transaction. If you need to file a dispute, you’ll need to do so with the bank.
