Apple Pay taking random money

Apple Pay has been taking my money for a while. This time is was $30 that was randomly taken. I checked and there was no charge to Apple Pay that was that much but when I went to check my card it clearly stated that the charge was from apple. I disconnected my card from apple pay. Where was my money going? I now only have $20 left in my account for a whole week until I get payed again.
