SiriusXM doesn’t work on my iPhone 11

SiriusXM app has stopped working on my iPhone 11.

It worked fine for a few years (since I subscribed), then quit.

It hangs on login — I enter my username and password, and it hangs.

I have deleted and reinstalled SiriusXM — no luck.

I have restarted my iPhone — no luck.

I have updated my iPhone OS — no luck.

I have contacted SiriusXM support — they’re very pleasant and diligent but haven’t solved my problem.

SiriusXM continues to work fine on my iPad — same username and password that hangs on my iPhone.

Any ideas out there?

The SXM app allows only one logged in device per user ID and password. Might you have another device (such as your iPad) that is logged in>

Good thought. I vaguely recall reading about the “one device” thing. I’d have thought SiriusXM itself would point that out if relevant. But no, they didn’t mention it, in 3 or 4 support calls. In any case, when I log out of SiriusXM on the iPad, I still can’t log in on the iPhone. Thanks, though. I will raise the point when next I speak with SiriusXM support.
