Sound stops on Apple TV app

We understand you're receiving no sound after about 10 seconds when watching content in the Apple TV app. Is this correct?

Does it affect all content in the app? Are you watching Apple TV+ content that this affects as well?

Which device are you using? Is this Mac, iPad, or iPhone?

Thanks for letting us know those answers. If you test the Apple TV app on another device, besides your LG TV (which by the way - is that a Smart TV?) does the issue persists there as well?

Also, please try to restart your television. Does this occur with every show you watch or only select ones?

I have the same issue, but with two other tv series, The Crowded Room and After Party.

I have reset the Apple TV app, reset the LG TV to factory settings, and the issue persists.

I can play those series fine on iPad and iPhone.

I have the same issue too. Invasion works, but the sound cuts out 10 seconds into Hijack and Foundation no matter what part of the episode I play. I have tried to play foundation over three separate nights (so tv has been on/off several times).
