Battery capacity of mac book pro dropped to 0% after one month

Hello

I purchased a m2 mac book pro less than a month ago and when I plugged my mac to charge this morning it did not.The battery life says:service recommended.

I am worried and shocked because the laptop is brand new and a dead battery in such a short amount of time is unbelievable.

I hope that you can help me solve the problem and understand the issue.
