subscription cancellation

I tried to cancel a free trial a little while ago. I clicked “cancel free trial” & the button turns gray while the page loads, but the “confirm cancellation” message never appears. It just goes back to “cancel free trial” I even tried canceling other subscription and it’s the same problem. I tried canceling through App Store & settings. Help?

My “cancel subscription” button doesn’t work I tried canceling a free trial and I hit the red button it grays out like it’s going to do it then goes back to red. I tried to cancel on YouTube to see if it was just that one and it won’t let me do that either. I’m not sure what the issue is. I tried turning it off and back on again and it’s still not working.

cancel subscription button not working When I go to cancel a subscription it doesn’t cancel after I select the button a little circle looks like it’s processing in the right upper corner for a second and then nothing happens, I don’t get an email confirmation of cancellation and I got charged again.

Cancel subscription I am unable to cancel an app subscription in the setting menu. When I click cancel subscription the words turn from red to grey for a moment and then go back to red. Is there another way to cancel?
