Cancel subscription - press cancel button but doesn't work?

Hi everyone, I actually find a good way to solve this problem. But the thing is,

⚠️you need to have a computer⚠️.

If not, find an Apple Store and use those Mac (you can borrow a computer from your friends actually XD). Once you have got it, install “iTunes”, login your Apple account, then go to this website:

“If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support”,

tap on the button “Cancel a subscription”. It will bring you to the “iTunes” and you can use it to cancel those subscription without any problems.

Turning wifi off actually works. This should be the top answer. Why there’s a system level bug that’s so obvious, problematic and financially tightening but no emergent patch came out to fix it

Same thing happened to me today. Ended up canceling subscription through the customer service support via text messages. I’ve tried all my active subscriptions and none reacted on red “cancel subscription” button.
