HBO Go won't open on Apple TV HD [Philippines]

Hi! HBO Go won't open on my Apple TV HD but other similar apps like Disney opens and plays videos as usual. Anyone here might be experiencing the same? Just want to know if there are app updates that are no longer compatible with Apple TV HD but hoping that's not the case.

Update your Apple TV system software to the current version, if not done already. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support

Try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.
