How to disable quick take video photo?

Is there a way to disable the quick take setting on iPhone camera. My Great Aunt always holds the button to take a photo a little too long, causing the phone to take a 1 second video. I have explained to not hold on the button but she still does it so wanted to know if there is a way to disable it?
